Send A Bug Report
Occasionally DragonFly may ask a user to send us a "Bug Report" to help solve a problem you have encountered. As with any computer software, there are times when you may run into an issue. Our Bug Report feature allows us to get more detailed information from you so that we can quickly evaluate your issue. We will use the information to push out a fix for you and any other users your problem may be affecting.
To send us a Bug Report:
- Tap on the Slide Out/"Hamburger" Menu in the MAX Mobile app.
- Next, tap on the "Diagnostics" tab in that menu.
- Third, tap "Bug Report" and select "Email" from the selection list which will create an email message to be sent to our support staff.
- Finally, add any necessary details to your email that might help us uncover your issue and tap "Send".
