Our Customer Support Staff goes out of its way to make sure you have an excellent experience with DragonFly MAX.  One of our best tools for ensuring a great experience is our Help Center.  Through the Help Center, you can reach out to our representatives at any time and we will jump into action to solve any issues you may encounter.  You can also use our Help Center to offer suggestions and feedback as to how MAX can best meet your needs.

Accessing the Help Center is easy on both the MAX Mobile App and MAX Website.  On the MAX Mobile App, tap either the Hurricane icon in the tab bar OR tap the Slide Out/"Hamburger" menu.  In both cases, you will next tap "Help" and start a conversation with our Customer Support Staff.

 

On the MAX website, you can tap the red "Conversation" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.  This also immediately begins a conversation with our Customer Support Staff so that we can quickly respond to your needs.
