Create a Fee


  1. Sign in to DragonFly on your web browser.

  2. Click on the "Payments" tab in the left side menu.

  3. Click the blue "NEW" button at the top of the screen.

  4. Fill in the appropriate information about the fee. Decide if you will pass the small transaction fee to the payer, or if the school will cover this fee.

  5. The form will automatically generate a "General Fund" tab for your school in the drop down menu. You'll have the chance to update this info once you set up the fee.

  6. Decide who the fee is for - coaches or athletes?

  7. Select the team(s) that will pay the fee and the school year.

  8. Click the "Assign" button. The fee should now be visible under the "School Fees" tab in the top menu.

  9. Click on the "General Fund" tab in the top menu.

  10. Select "Click to Setup" in the top right corner.

  11. Input bank account information and click "Save". You should now see account information, a ledger where each transaction is recorded, and your account balance. You can download your transactions into an excel spreadsheet by clicking the blue arrow button in the top right corner.
